My name is Tony Graver. Thanks for responding to the job posted on craigslist. Am sorry for inform you that the position has been filled up. But I urgently need a part time personal assistant to run my errands until I return back to the US by fourth week in February. I live in US but presently in London on a business trip. I own an electronics and clothing store in London, United Kingdom. Here below are the job description.

1. You will run errands for three times a week and two hours each day. The working days are flexible.
2. You will do my business shopping.
3. You will receive my packages which will be shipped to the nearest UPS office to you. You will go to the UPS office and pick up the packages. The content of the packages are electronics, clothes, my business and personal letters. You will open the packages and confirm the contents for record purpose.
4. You will ship out some of the packages where I want them to be shipped to. (You don’t have to pay for the shipment. All expenses and taxes will be covered by me)
5. You will receive payments from my clients on my behalf which will be written payable to your name so you can cash them at your bank. The payments will be in either check or money order. The payments will be for the services you will be rendering and to do my business shopping.

Payment and Work Duration
The Job will last for three months. Detailed Job Description
The primary goal is to provide local customer support to our clients within North America. This includes providing convenient payment options and informing them of shipping and the terms of sale.
You will be assisting our clients within North America, the assistance to be provided will include: payment collections and customer service via email.

Your duties will include:
Collecting Local Payments
When a buyer in the US decides to purchase an item through an online auction from our sellers he has the following payment options: pay pal,international wire transfer, international check, local certified check or local wire transfer. The quickest option of these is local wire transferring. Local wire transfers and certified checks are the options that the sales support representative will provide to the clients.

Managing Data
Along with the payments received from buyers you will receive details for the sales.
The details will include items sold, price, and buyer’s information. You are to file and maintain these purchasing records and transactions.
Forwarding of the Payments
Once you receive & process each payment, you earn 10% of the amount received and forwarding the rest to the seller or representative, whose information will be provided prior each transaction. It is crucial to complete forwarding of the payments in a time efficient manner.

Correspondence
You will submit a brief reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports. Weekly and monthly reports are to be done in Excel format and are to summarize all transactions completed within the week, or month.

For the first three weeks, you will simply receive all of the transferring details, and payments, along with step by step guidance from your supervisor. You will be forwarding the received payments through wire service.
