Recipe for Filipino Sinagong

8 cups water
Take meat out of fridge and wash first (either beef or pork spare ribs)
Cut plum tomatoes in quarters
Dice one onion
Peal ginger root
Boil water, then add meet and put flame to medium
Periodically scrape the “scum” off the top of the water
Leave 1 hour
See if meat is tender (if fork passes easily , if not, cook another 30 minutes.)
Add Chinese broccoli
Peal and Slice Daicon
Add vegetables and simmer another 10 minutes until al dente
Finally add Knorr Sinigang Sa Sampalok Mix
