Holy Trinity Monastery

Here I will describe my experiences at Holy Trinity Monastery:

Holy Trinity Monastery is a Seminary in upstate Jordanville New York (near Mohawk) which supports itself by running a dairy farm, and publishing Orthodox Service books in the ancient Church Slavonic language.

Prior to the dissolution of the Soviet Union, they were active in providing necessary service books to the persecuted underground church in Russia.

I worked in the bookbindary with an elderly couple who lived in the nearby community of laity. I also worked in the cow barns and in the kitchen.
